I spent many an hour in this place sitting at the counter, which is just to the right, or at the little table, not pictured, sipping their delicious gourmet hot chocolates, or having an espresso and tasting a truffle of two. Heavenly chocolates, really the finest I have yet to taste, and since moving to Germany and traveling through France and even Belgium, this is still the best.

She uses only the finest chocolates, and wow, a taste treat.

Comodynes Easy Peeling

Fabulous product, and so easy to use. I think once or twice a week usage would be ideal. I have just tried it and this is now on my list of things to buy not only for travel, but for weekly use. It only takes minutes, you apply it to a dry face with the enclosed single towelette. I think this is suitable for all skin types and we all need to rid of dead skin cells.

IDEAL FOR MEN AND WOMEN. And guys, this is not overly girly at all. Don`t you want your skin to look nice, too? For the guys, I would not use this right after shaving, but maybe 12 hours later or the next day. I would think this could help prevent ingrown hairs. Also for women on their legs.

I see they can be ordered online and hey, this one is available in the USA!

This is the online price I found:

8-Pack | Retail Price: $14.00
Your price: $12.99 (directly from their website)

In Germany, AUREL carries this.

Chanel Azur and Black Satin Limited Edition Craze (women and their colors PART TWO, please read below for part ONE)

The Chanel AZUR number 465 is new for this season, well new as in the last 6 weeks or so new, which means, almost OLD for a limited edition, and it also means the trend followers to buy them all up. BUT again, I say, Chanel is not just for the trendy, it is for the classic looks. And this AZUR is BOTH. Also this Black has been a hot color for just over two years, better in the fall, but still one hot number this is number 219 Black Satin, but I think this can wait until next fall if it is not limited, this I have not tried, but have seen. Looks rather interesting. In an almost goth, yet not really completely goth way.

I wrote about this one twice this season, and I am not wrong about it. Now people are selling it on eBay for almost double the price? I hope I am reading this wrong or doing the math wrong on this one. That to me is nuts, I will not pay double the price for anything unless it is food and there has been a disaster, but I digress.

Try to find it at your local shops. Yes, I know it looks weird. It isn`t. On the nail it is very sheer, almost like a pink, and just gorgeous. I am earth tone girl and I am crazy about it. It is great over REDS on the TOES, too.

Do not pass this one up. I am not kidding. CHANEL AZUR, limited edition, number 465. I could not even find it on the Chanel site today, and it is a current Spring Color, which makes me know that it is gone or almost gone.

Trust me and buy it blindly from the internet, and if you do not like it, you have a sister or daughter, or friend who will. It will not go to waste.

And Lyrical likes this one by OPI:

Women and their Colors! (for Lyrical as she was so nice on Smut Friday! Help with the eyeshadow question)

I got an email about color this morning!

(The above imagine is of Urban Decay Eyeshadow from the Sephora website, the link is below.)

And I will refer you all to a favorite place of mine on the internet:

http://www.chanel.com/

I am rather a fanatic for Chanel when it comes to color for many reasons. I have never purchased any Chanel color that I have not used entirely (unless I left it behind and forgot about it, and this was ONLY once!)

The colors are not only classic but they do go with trends, but always in the most elegant way and with colors you can use after the season is over, never to be put in the cosmetic graveyard.

Oh there are other wonderful companies, I love Yves Saint Lauren, Dior, Nars, and the list goes on.

But Chanel always will hold a place in my heart.

Now, on to Lyrical`s wonderful dilemma, of choosing a new single eyeshadow color for daytime use.

I know the one I would choose if I had this problem (of an e-card to Sephora), but alas, I do believe Sephora does not have Chanel makeup, only Chanel fragrance.

But I am sticking partially with this Chanel theme for a moment!

I love this:

this is called Safari and comes as a single color. It looks very grey on my screen with the sunlight, but it is actually earthier in real life.

This is the one single Chanel I own, and use it every single time I wear makeup: This is called silvery. And I use it over this:

and this is a YSL duo from last Autumn that I think can be found on rare occasions, but it is wonderful.

Now Lyrical, I know you said no blending, and I can assure you that I can put makeup on in 2 minutes, 5 minutes when I really take my time.

I put a thin line of the green on my lid just over my eyelashes, and then if I want to change from green to navy silvery, I add a bit of the Chanel silvery over it. Magic! I was shown this trick from a makeup artist last month. A cool American guy that now lives in Hamburg. (and he worked with Chanel for years and now works for a wonderful Boutique in North Germany and travels around Germany doing makeup, and he rocks!)

So, now we still have a dilemma, as you want a SINGLE, and not a duo, and Sephora does not have Chanel. So I will edit this as the day goes on!

Oh, guys (and I mean the MEN that come here) , I know you are bored out of your gourds here, but hey, women have to have their fun, too!

Urban Decay:

This one looks good. This is what it is called:

Maui Wowie
(sandy colored sheen)
Item # 856880

also this: Midnight Cowboy
(beige with silver glitter)
Item # 238881 and the color is this:

Sephora online:

and wow, these are 16 USDs?

That is only 10,25 Euro! That is how much our drugstore eyeshadows are! Not kidding, that is about what a Max Factor costs here. But to be fair, our Chanel is most likely cheaper. I have to look into this. I am curious now. Must be import taxes, transport, and the state of the dollar and euro.
