This is my world now:

About a month ago I gave up all dairy products. No milk, to cheese, no anything with milk products.
I was REALLY worried about the quality of my morning lattes. I first tried rice milk, and then almond milk…NO MILK FOAM. Then I found a soy-rice milk and this foams really nicely and has a smooth taste, not this dry chalky taste that I was getting with pure rice milk and almond milk.
I have yet to try oat milk.
AND THIS NO CHEESE THING!

I like cheese, I really do, but the thing I really miss is QUARK.
Quark is something like cream cheese, but much lighter. It is also something like yogurt. It is rather low in calories, and when mixed with fresh herbs, it is wonderful.

Also, this means no ice cream. I am not really crazy about ice cream, so far, I am cool with this.

But I wonder what the cow thinks?
